Personal data processing

In compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, Megatierras S.A.S. informs personal data subjects about how their information is processed.
1. Authorization
By submitting the contact form on the Site, the user expressly authorizes Megatierras S.A.S. to process their personal data in accordance with this policy.
2. Type of data processed
Identification data (name, company), contact data (email, phone), and data related to the user's commercial interest.
3. Specific purposes
a) Respond to quote or information requests. b) Manage the commercial relationship. c) Send communications about requested products and services. d) Comply with legal and contractual obligations.
4. Data transfer and transmission
Megatierras S.A.S. may share data with third parties (email service providers, hosting, etc.) under confidentiality agreements and only as strictly necessary to fulfill the described purposes.
5. Procedure to exercise rights
Inquiries and complaints should be directed to megatierrasas@gmail.com with the subject "Habeas Data". Megatierras S.A.S. will respond within the timeframes set by the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (15 business days for inquiries, 15 days for complaints).
6. Validity
This policy applies from its publication and shall remain in force as long as Megatierras S.A.S. carries out its commercial activities.
